USA tariffs have made the cost of importing bike frames a little uncertain.
To give you certainty when ordering, we’re introducing our Tariff Guarantee.
We’re now seeing most of our USA customers incur tariff charges. Most of these are charged 12% of the value of their order, though this could in theory be higher.
Our guarantee: If USA tariffs and brokerage fees exceed 12% of your frame price, we’ll refund the difference, up to 33% of the frame price.
USA customers typically pay £1851.67 ($2493 on 10th March 26) for a Starling Cycles frame.
Simply send us your customs documents, and we’ll take care of the rest.
