We’ve just launched a new Trade-In scheme that allows customers to upgrade their frame to the latest Starling Cycles V3 model.
Primarily aimed at our most loyal, old-school customers the new programme is something pretty special.
Owners of older frames, V1 and V2 etc, can return their frame to Starling and buy a new one for a bargain price. Their new frame will cost them exactly what they paid for their old one – regardless of age.
So, if you paid £800 for a frame back in the day, your new one will cost you £800. Pretty good, right?
The programme is designed to reward our most old-school customers. It’s a real boost to those original, early adopter customers that bought the first frames from Joe back in 2016 and 2017 when he was really starting out.
The frames that come back to Starling will be refurbished, sold and the profits go to charity.
The programme allows us to keep frames in circulation longer, to breath some new life into old-school frames and to support a good cause. We’ll be donating those profits to our local trail association, Ride Bristol, which keeps our local riding scene alive.
